Good afternoon.
I paid 10.43€ euros just some minutes ago in order to update Rush app. Then I created a video, I exported it and I could still see the message on top "You have 3 exports and then you have to upgrade it". We just had it done!!! Can you please tell me what happened exactly?

Often times signing out of Rush and back in can resolve this. If that does not help, please look at this help doc for additional methods

Of course I did it several times!!
Still doesn't work and I use it at work and it causes me a big problem.
The fact is, we paid twice (+1 one this time) for the upgrade because we thought it was stuck, so now we are charged 31,47 euros in total. Can you please find a solution?
