Blue and green haze on videos

I am getting a blue and green haze on my videos when I upload them to edit on Adobe Rush.  I have tried downloading the suggested upgrade several times from the Adobe troubleshooter section but to no avail.  Has anyone got any other suggestions as to how this can be resolved.

• What type of media files are you working on ( codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
• Which device are you using for Rush?
• Could you share a screenshot of the issue?
