It's my first time with Rush. I have some clips recorded and I can watch them in good quality in my computer. When I export the videos to Premier Rush, they look blurry and distorted in the preview and also when I publish them. Somebody knows what's happening?
What device did you use to shoot this video and what file format are they? Also, what operating system are you editing on?
Open one of the clips you are trying to edit in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of the report it generates and paste it to this forum. Once we know the specs of the video you are trying to edit and the operating system you're editing on we'll better be able to advise you.
