Buying Premiere Rush in Israel

It seems that Adobe don't really want to sell.
How the hell do i buy a subscription from israel? 
They did everything to try and help me, but nada.

Good evening.
Unfortunately, the Adobe store in Israel doesn't seem to have Premiere Rush.
If you try to purchase from the Rush site, you will get an error and be directed to contact the sales team.

Uninstalled Premiere Rush, and installed Filmora.
