Hi Agnese LV!

Welcome to the community. Ideally, it should not happen with exporting in Premiere Rush.

This issue could occur if your iOS device is running low on charge. Recharge the device and try rendering again.

Also, you can check if there is enough space available on your iPhone X.

Let us know if it is helpful.

Regards,

Kartika

I have Version 1.2.21 (754)

Yes, an error occurs while rendering.

The device is full-on charge. And there is a lot of free space on my iPhone.

Hi Agnese,

Additionally, it would be great to get the logs from your device after you crash. Please follow these steps

1. Attempt to the export project

2.  If you crash, re-launch Rush

3. Tap the gear icon, then tap Preferences, then Share Logs.

Please upload them somewhere so I can download them. One suggestion that might help is performing a hard reset on your device.
  1. Press and release the Volume Up button quickly.
  2. Press and release the Volume Down button quickly.

Lastly, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until you see the Apple logo.

Thank you,

Peter
