Can't Install Rush on My Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 9.0

I Have A Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 9.0 which meets the Rush System requirements. However - Play Store Says "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Did you try installing Premiere Rush from the Samsung App Store?
