For some reason whenever I try to import a png file from either the dropbox, my Cloud folder or photo library . The app states that the media is not supported. The funny thing is the png file shows up fine on my desktop but as a black box on the app. Is anyone experiencing this or have a soultion?

Hi there, KJean!

Are you using 13.1 iOS on your phone? There's a known issue with PNGs in this version of Apple's iOS. Sorry for the inconvenience, we're already working on a fix!
