Can't turn on sync, dispite having premiere pro

I've recently bought premium features, so I can have Premiere Pro. The mobile recognize my payment as I can sync my files, but my PC just sends me to the info about how to pay for Premiere Pro when I try to turn on sync. 

My only problem is with Premiere Rush on PC. Even the Creative Cloud recognize that I have sync availabel, and have all my videos on it's maps...

Have you tried signing out and back into your Creative Cloud? If this doesn't work could you try contacting the concerned team? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
