cannot open project (crashed) premiere rush on PC

Hello! While working on my project on my PC I got a notice that my project had not been saved for a while and told me to close. I did, but the app crashed. Now I cannot open my project. All the other projects work as normal

• Are you getting any error message while trying to open the project? If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot
• Could you confirm if your project synced to Creative Cloud? https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/help/project-syncing-premiere-rush.html
