Choppy playback, choppy youtube outcome.

Hello.  I am yrhing to use Premier Rush to edit simple drone video recorded at 4k 60 fps.  The previee is choppy and my rendered upload on youtube is choppy\frozen.

• Any help appreciated.  Steve

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• Is your project is synced to Creative Cloud? 
• Which device are you using for Rush?
• What happens when you try exporting your project through other export presets?
