Count down timer in Rush

Hi there, anyone know how to add a count down timer in Rush? I do fitness vids and need a timer to count down from :30 and :60. Thanks!

Rush does not have a feature like this.

Place it above your camera shot, and use the transfrom tools to move it and shrink it to where you want it.
