Error compiling movie in Rush- Error code: -1609629690

I get this error when I export my project in Adobe Rush on PC. 

-I've tried different export quality. Interestingly, the Error code occasionally changes to Error Code 3, but most of the time the code is -1609629690.

-I've tried deleting the entire timecode that the error states (even going far as deleting my entire video except for a one second clip).

-For this same project, I was able to successfully export using the identical export settings earlier in the day. The only thing I did after that first export was change the Range Speed of my clips to change my video to fast-motion. No other edits were made. But now I cannot export.

Any thoughts?

Edit: I've now tried creating a completely new project separate from this one, and imported some basic jpgs into it. I tried exporting and am getting the same error code! 

I also tried updating to the newest version of Rush 1.5.50 (Build 93). I still cannot export ANY PROJECT now, regardless of my export settings.

Have you tried to write to another directory or another drive completely?

Yes, I have tried to write to three different drives now. Identical error message.
