Error when importing video from dropbox in Premiere Rush on mobile device

In trying to import to Adobe rush a video that is saved on my dropbox

But when I import media, the video is static.

I tried downloading to others platforms and worked just fine. The problem is only with Adobe rush using my Samsung s10 phone 

Anyone ?

Welcome to the community. I see that you're unable to import videos from the Dropbox in Premiere Rush on your mobile device.

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• What type of media files are you working with (codec/format, frame rate, frame size)?
• Did you try to import the files on any other device?
