Hello,
I've tried to export my video with the free edition of Rush, but it failed.
It still reduced my free export count by one.
Now I'm afraid to try it again.
Why doesn't it just reduce the count when the export finished successfuly?
Best regards,
Steffen

Hi steffeng17137218 ,
Sorry for the problem. Export failure is strange and rarely happens with Premiere Rush.
Please share a few details to isolate the problem--
I hope it will help.

Hello,
thanks for the reply.
Sadly I have no screenshot, but I‘m now pretty sure that the problem was that I tried to export on a network storage and the connection broke down.
But why did it reduce my export count?
How do I get it back?
Best regards,
Steffen

Hi steffeng17137218 ,
Thanks for the info.
Premiere Rush only reduces the count after a successful export.
I will try to explore why it worked wrongly in your case.
Hope to help,
Mayjain

Hi steffeng17137218 ,
I was able to reproduce the issue you highlighted. The export count is mistakenly reduces by 1 if network is disconnected while exporting video to any network location.
We will try to resolve this issue.
Meanwhile, please try to export to Local device or make sure network is intact before the export progress is finished if you try to export to any network location.
Thanks for your help,
Mayjain

We're working on targetting this issue and the more details we can collect from users who are facing the problem, the better. Please share your experience if you have the time!
What device are you using? What version/OS/iOS are you on?
What did you shoot the footage on?
Was the project created on your desktop or iPhone?
Are you exporting from your desktop or iPhone?
What OS is your phone/computer on?
What version of Rush are you using?
How long is your project?
Does the project contain titles?
Does the project contain a soundtrack?
Thanks so much!

Hi,
I'm having the exact same problem. I'm using a Mac OS laptop.
Tried to export my video twice, first video has exported with lines all across the video clips and all the clips are jerky/shaky.
The second attempt hasn't even finished rendering, HOWEVER it's reduced my free export count.
So now I have 1 export apparently left and not even ONE video export!!!
Some of the details are:
Device I'm using is Mac OS
Shot the footage on my iPhone
Project was created on desktop
I'm TRYING to export from my desktop
My computer is running Mac OS Mojave
I'm using Rush CC version 1.0.4 (build 2)
My project is 45 seconds
Project contains a few titles
Project contains a soundtrack
VERY disappointing!!
