I have been trying to export my video from adobe rush, but each time it goes almost to the end, then stops. Today, it finishes but doesn't show up in my camera roll and now I can't do anything because that's 3 exports.

I am having the exact same issue. I exported a long video (13 minutes) and it is not in my camera roll. My free exports are at 2.
Rush is now taking up another .5 GB (2.5 in total) so I am hoping it is somewhere but where?
Can you confirm exports should appear in the camera roll on the iPhone?
Help! Thanks

Hello Nicole!
Exports from your iPhone should appear in the camera roll. Have you tried exporting it to social already?
Don't do it if you haven't! I don't want to waste your last export, I just want to know if it's exporting successfully in one place but not the other.

Nope I didn’t try exporting it to social.
So what should I do differently?
Can you please refund me the export so I can try again?
Thanks
Nicole

I'll chat with our accounts management team. There is a discussion about how to best rectify the situation, but I'm not completely sure what the verdict turned out to be. I'll post back here when I get an answer!
Thanks for your patience.

Hi Nicole!
The Rush team is still looking into this issue and the higher-ups still haven't given us a protocol on how to best reimburse users who have lost their free trials. I'm working my way up the ladder trying to find a good answer. One of the main issues we're having is recreating the issue that you're describing: the export completes, yet doesn't show up in the camera roll. Could I ask you a few questions that may help us solve the problem?
What device are you using? What version/OS/iOS are you on?
What did you shoot the footage on?
Was the project created on your desktop or iPhone?
Are you exporting from your desktop or iPhone?
What OS is your phone/computer on?
What version of Rush are you using?
How long is your project?
Does the project contain titles?
Does the project contain a soundtrack?
Thanks so much!
Caroline

Hi Nicole,
Please check the tech specs page of Premiere Rush as it is compatible with iPhone 7 and newer (devices with A9 ARM chip or higher).

That info should really be on the app store page or better in the app. Everything seemed to work except the render. Disappointing.

Hi,
I'm having the exact same problem. I'm using a Mac OS laptop.
Tried to export my video twice, first video has exported with lines all across the video clips and all the clips are jerky/shaky.
The second attempt hasn't even finished rendering, HOWEVER it's reduced my free export count.
So now I have 1 export apparently left and not even ONE video export!!!
My video is 45 secs so not sure why I should be having these problems?
VERY disappointing!!
