First time using rush.. videos are having scratchy sound and very jumpy.

Would anybody be able to share advice for a newbie. I have download there exact same sized files form the pexcels site to develop my editing skills. The videos playing in rush are terrible scratchy sound and very jumpy any resources for editing video in this way but assume all videos would be treated the same.

Sorry to hear about that. We would need more information to diagnose the issue.

• Which device are you using?
• Would you mind sharing the details of media files you're editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
• Does it happen after exporting as well?
