Is anyone else experiencing issues where it constantly shows the loading circle and nothing appears? as well as not being able to make a new project? im glad I exported a rough draft last night for a project due today, but sadly looks like the rough draft is my final draft now due to these errors in the software. Any recommedations?

I have the same issue. I even upgraded my storage to see if that would help. That loading circle just spins and spins and I can do NOTHING with the app. I have only used Rush a few times on my mobile(and its been months since even then). This is the first time downloading to the desktop and I havent been able to use it because every thing, and I mean everything, is grayed out except for the help tab.

Hi there! Does this help?

  1. Go to the Help menu in Rush to sign out
  2. Quit Rush
  3. Relaunch Rush, and sign in from there

If this does not help please let me know.

Thanks!

Peter
