In Premiere Rush, at the bottom we have a timeline.

How to change this timeline to another presentation like "thumbnail" (storyboard) in order to have rectangles identical in dimensions.

If you're asking how to create embedded timelines, this is not a feature of Premiere Rush.

I was thinking to this type of timeline (see screenshot), where the timeline is made of several portions (portions with identical dimensions).

By example, the first rectangle/portion could be of one second and the next portion could be of 10 minutes, but they are both with the same dimensions on the screen.

So according to you it is not possible in Premiere Rush ?

Does Premiere Pro is able to do that ?
