green and pink/purple screen

i already went to community support to see why my vedio is green and pink/purple and what ij have read and done and downleded and uploaded still does not work. Someone please HELP!

Inspiron I7 Dell
With windows 10 pro.


I also have a HP I5 All in one desktop with windows 10, would it work on
this one?
