I'm using the latest Adobe Premiere Rush August 2020 (1.5.25). I often have problems editing my video recording suddenly Rush doesn't respond and Rush's screen is white. With this kind of problem, sometimes I lose some of the video recordings that I have edited and I have to do the job again.
I'm using a laptop with an Intel core i7 processor, 16 Gb memory and 256 Gb SSD (it has exceeded the minimum requirements). Do I need to send log files for easy investigation?
