I really love Adobe Premiere Rush, it's so quick and easy. However, everytime I export a video the video is damaged. It chops and flicker (I don't know if that's correct english) and is in such bad shape that I can't post it. I've tried to re-install, reset the preferences and so on, but nothing works. I edit on my Mac but have the app on my mobile aswell. Neither exports my videos witouth being damaged. Help!

My videos are 5-10 minutes long with some inserted .png and .jpg

MacBook Pro: version 11.2.1 (macOS Big Sur)

Mobile: iPhone 11 with the newest version iOS 14.4

Thank you!

Hi Linn!

Sorry about the exporting issues. Would you mind sharing more information to isolate the issue?

  • Which device did you use to capture footage?
  • Can you share the screenshot or screen recording that exhibits the issue?
  • Have you tried exporting it through another preset?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

In addition to what Kartika requested, can you please try these steps to see if it resolves the issue?

1. Launch Rush

2. From the Project Browser, go to Preferences > Disable "Enable hardware acceleration encoding.."

3. Close and re-launch Rush > Attempt to export

Thnaks!
