I'm trying to have free range on where I put my clips but they keep snapping to the nearest clip. How do I disable this feature or enable free range on where I put my clips???? Thanks,
Schmaz.
Hi there!
We appreciate you writing in. Premiere Rush has a gap-less timeline. As of now, Rush does not have the feature you're looking for.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Hi,
I realize that people have been requesting this option for a long time.
I wonder if the tech team will be introducing it to Rush any time in the near future?
Thank you so much!

Hello HumboldtMedia,
If you want gaps in your timeline the best method is
1. Open the Title Inspector
2. Search for "Solid Background"
3. Add the "Solid Background" to anywhere you want gaps to appear. (note: you can change the color to black)
Hope this helps!
Peter

Sir !!!
What a suggestion! Loved it 🙂 thankyou for posting it here.
Also, DEAR ADOBE pls Insert this feature, It is extremely handy while editing multi-layer videos... also, pls if you can, keep a feature where we can choose what to do with our timelines, instead of sticking to 4 VIDEO 3 AUDIO ONLY Feature, it will be amazing.
Regards
