how to align sound with the video?

Hi guys, I've just downloaded the free version of Adobe rush to play with on my PC, and I already like it, however I have a little issue I can't solve: for some reason when I edit my videos I want to join and crop, the sound is deleyed with respect to the video which ruins the whole project. I saw a few videos on YouTube about the sound, but I don't think they're actually covering this issue. Can you help me with it? I'd love to purchase the full version, but will this issue remain? I'm not a technical person, Cheers

Actually, the audio is playing as normal, I think it is the video that is slightly slower in relation to the sound

Open one of the videos from your phone in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of that report and post it to this forum. Once we know the specs of your video we'll more likely be able to help you. It's likely your video is using a compression system that uses a variable frame rate.

As I expected, your video uses a variable frame rate compression, which I don't believe is supported at 1280x720.

Your best solution is to convert the video to a standard frame rate using the free download Handbrake.
