How can I save space on my iPad 7th Generation using Premiere Rush?

Sorry for that, I was not sure how to explain other than this:
I have a 7th Gen Ipad with 32gb of space.
I love using Rush for my IGTV videos that I produce on my iphone with osmo.
I currently have about 10 videos on my ipad and noticed that they are taking up to 10gb of space.
I was wondering if I am doing something wrong by storing the videos on my ipad.
I notice that my Adobe storage account is only using a very small fraction of my allotted space.
I am trying to free up space on the ipad for the video productions

If I understand it right. Are you looking for an option to delete videos from the device within the Rush application?

Well, sort of!  I am trying to understand saving a video produced in Rush on my iphone or Ipad OR icloud, (to free up space on my ipad).  If I just store it on icloud, the idea is that I can access it and not have to store it on my ipad, therefore saving space? Can I just store it on icloud and not physically on the device, and still access it to open and add to or change the original?  Sorry, its just not making sense to me, and I love using the program but am frustrated about the lack of space on my device for creating the videos.

my iPad has no videos in it and neither in Premier Rush, i have deleted all my projects but still it has taken 61.18GB of space i don't know how.
