Are you on Mac or PC or using a mobile device?
Are you signed in with your Adobe ID while using it?

Is it giving you some sort of error or anything that you can describe to give us an idea of what is happening.

Was the problem resolved ? Normally the subscription reflects immediately in the application and users should be able to export unlimited times.

You can verify the following to confirm your subscription was successful -

  • Go to Settings--> User profile(OR Launch Adobe Creative Cloud on Desktop) and storage should be 100 GB.
  • On export window, you shouldn't see any Red banner indicating free exports are already used and Export button should be enabled.
