Installation of Adobe Premiere Rush on Android phone

Hello Team,

Please provide apk file or path in Google play store for Adobe Premiere Rush. As it is not able to find in Google play store directly.

Also let me know if Adobe Premiere Rush is included in my current plan.

If it is not included in my current plan, then let me know the plan where I can replace Adobe Premiere Clip with Adobe Premiere Rush.

The Android version of Premiere Rush is very limited in the models that work.
The first condition is that the Android OS is 9 (Pie), but there are still models that are not covered.
