Hello everybody,

i'm trying to find some documentation on installing the most recent version of Adobe Creative Cloud premiere Rush on a Citrix Xendesktop 7.15 of Xenapp server. I'm looking for system requirements and supported configurations.

Support pointed me to these forums. Does anybody have any documentation or experience?

thanks in advance!

Hi KArtika,

thanks for your reply. I've seen the system requirements page, but could not find the specific Citrix information i was looking for. Do you know if there is documentation available for that as well?

thanks!

JD,

This sounds like a virtual desktop type of scenario and I would not expect Rush to be supported in this regard, according to system requirements. Note that virtual computers are not mentioned there.

Rush can operate from a standard computer in a networked storage environment, and that may be the route you want to go. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

That is correct, we work in a virtual environment.

I did find some older documentation on Adobe CC from 2016-2018, but no recent documentation about recent versions.

thanks for your reply!
