Hi Burak!

So sorry you haven't been able to use Rush yet. Does your iPad meet the system requirements?

Adobe Premiere Rush CC System Requirements

This is what it says for the iPad:

  • Requires iOS 11 or later
  • Compatible with iPad (devices with A9 ARM chip or higher)

Maybe you just need to update your iPad to the most recent iOS!

I'd have to try it out myself to give you a 100% accurate answer, and I do not have that iPad in front of me right now. But my guess is that it WOULD be compatible because the A9X came out after the A9.

It's definitely worth using the free trial to see how it works on your device. I'd love to hear back from you when you do!

Well I kind of came across this searching for a solution. I'm trying it out now but I've have a couple of issue. App on Ipad force closes after a few minutes and app on iMac didn't fully sync clips when I sat down a couple of days later to try to fiddle with the same edit (I'm guessing because of the force closes?). Going to uninstall/reinstall and see if that does anything.

Uninstall/Reinstall can do the trick sometimes, please report back.

You can also check to make sure your iPad, iMac, and Rush app are all updated.

Keep me posted!

Hey hey just updating

Uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working okay. I haven't shot/imported anything new but the test footage I pulled in the first time works fine. I seems as if the issue started when I was in a place with dodgy internet? It didn't sync correctly because, when I tried to open on imac, clips were red/missing and I couldn't seem to get them to sync. After second install, I was able to pull clips in and edit and they seem to be syncing fine so may have been a fluke.
