Loading Issue When Trying to Edit

I am trying to edit my footage, but am unable to view any of my clips; they all show a red screen with "!" My music plays but my videos do not. 

I have attached a screenchot of the screen.

The red exclamation point means your media is not connected. A few things can cause this 

1. You deleted the media from your computer or disconnected the harddrive your media was on 

2. You have a synced project, and the media did not fully upload to Creative Cloud before you quit Rush 

3. Creative Cloud Desktop app is closed, or Sync files is disabled 

 

A few things to try 

1. Attached the drive your media was located on 

2. Right-click on the media inside your project, select "Connect," and link the missing media 

3. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app. Also verify "Syncing" is enabled 

4. Go to the original device you created your Rush project on > Open the project > Leave the project open until the blue sync progress indicator is complete
