My project gets so laggy at one point it is impossible to edit.

Every time the playback gets to this one new part of my video at 1 minute and 34 seconds, the program freezes up and is using all of my computer's memory. It is very weird because this laggy part of the video was made with the same exact methods as previous parts of the video. I have already tried turning off cloud sync, but it didn't change anything. I'm not sure what to do about this since this part is important for my video.

• Could you share the system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
