As of now, Pan and Zoom effect works on still images. 

Please know, this is just the first iteration, and our next Pan and Zoom update will be available in Rush in the coming months. With that update, you’ll be able to set the position and scale of start and endpoints and apply the effect to multiple clips at once. 🙂

What kind of effects are you looking for clips? We'll able to understand and help you better.
