No audio

I just got work to buy me access to the adobe suite for video editing. So far it's been full of bugs. Specifically in Rush, the audio won't play when I upload a video to the app. Audio works fine if i play it in windows media player or anything else. Same issue in Premiere pro too. Any help would be much appreciated.

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• Which device did you use to capture media files? Also, could you let us know the device that you're using for Rush?
• Can you try switching Audio Input to No Input? Go to Edit > Preferences.
