No hearing sound during preview in Premiere Rush

Hi,

I am new in Premiere Rush, trying to create my first project. I have following issue:

1. Premiere Rush is running on Windows 10

2. When added audio into project bar, cant hear any sound, albeit audio graphic bars on right corner are moving.

3. I dont have issues hearing that audio in player and I dont have anz issues with other sounds so it must be Premiere rush.

• Could you share a screenshot of the Preferences under Edit?

You can try resetting the preferences: Hold down Shift-Alt while the application is starting. Release the Shift-Alt keys when the splash screen appears.
