Hey there i was been working on a video all day and now my Adobe rush app app wont open and i am getting this pop-up that 'open production failed' please help me sort this issue..

I am using paid version of Rush on my android device 'Poco F1' and i am using latest version.

I have to send this video by tomorrow to a client..

Please revert back Asap .

Sorry to hear this. Would you mind sharing more information?

  • What type of media files have you used (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Could you confirm if there's enough space available on your mobile device?
  • What happens when you log out and back into Premiere Rush? Does that help?

Hey Kartika,

It's mp4 file 1080p 24fps and the file is from GoPro Hero7 and yes i have got enough space on my device also i tried logging out, uninstalling and again logging in to my adobe rush id but nothing helped.. 

I see many people faced the same issue in the past, infact there are messages on this community dated back 2019 with the same issue but i dont see any solution to this problem in community reply.. 

What should i do!! Send you the log and how!!
