Paying For A Beta App

Im not sure why they want us to pay $9.99 a month for export videos. Can someone explain this to me? It doesn't add up to me.

Not sure what your question is.

If you choose the Starter Plan, you get use of the software, 2GB of cloud storage, Adobe Fonts/Portfolio and 3 exports at no charge.

This allows you to "test drive" the software, do some edits/exports  and see if it is the right fit for you.

If you decide you do want to use its then you can sign up for either the Rush Single App plan where the storage is bumped up to 100GB and there are no restrictions on the exporting . . .

OR you could sign up for Creative Cloud All Apps plan ( if your were interested in additional apps such as Photoshop, Premiere, In Design etc.) -  Rush is included in that plan as well.
