Pink and green haze

I’m trying to do a school project and the video is showing up pink and green. I did what the site said and updated the intel and nothing changed. I also don’t have project settings so I don’t know how to fix this. I have exha all options I have found

1. Do you have a Mac or a PC?

2. Do you know the exact Intel driver in your computer?

3. Could you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
