Hi, I have this problem, when i try to import any kind of video ( screem recorded, cellphone video, etc  the program does not play the video preview, then it crashes, i cant do anything. 

heres my especs :

ryzen 5 3600
ram 16 gb

windows 10 

 

i try to reinstall it again and the same thing happend!! 

 

any solution?

  • Are you getting any issues when the application crash?
  • What happens when you launch Rush as administrator? Right-click on the app icon and select "Run as administrator"?

Is Premiere Rush on the dekstop starting to misbehave? Fear not! It was working and it shall work again! This video shows you how to "reset the peferences" ...
