Premier Rush Crash

Hi, I have this problem, when i try to import any kind of video ( screem recorded, cellphone video, etc  the program does not play the video preview, then it crashes, i cant do anything. 

heres my especs :

ryzen 5 3600
ram 16 gb

windows 10 

 

i try to reinstall it again and the same thing happend!! 

 

any solution?

  • Are you getting any issues when the application crash?
  • What happens when you launch Rush as administrator? Right-click on the app icon and select "Run as administrator"?
