Premiere Rush não abre ou carrega os "meus projetos"

Estou com problemas para abrir o rush.

O programa fica tentando carregar os meus projetos, na página inicial e não sai disso.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

Já desisntalei e instalei novamente 2 vezes mas não resolveu,
