Premire Rush dont recognize my subscription

I have a monthly subscription and when I open the Rush I can see that the export limit has been reached. 

Could you please help with it?

I have the same problem too.  Have purchased the deal for $14.29 on Novemver 19 - Adobe Systems Pty Ltd Sydney, but as I want to export it  - they asked me to upgrade and purchase again.

 

Please help me to solve this issue.
