I can only share films from desktop and not from the mobile app. Why? I am logged in on the same account and have tried to restart the app and logg out/logg in. Does not work.

I use version 1.2.21 (mobile app). The school I work at has payed Adobe license for Rush and it works to share from my laptop. But not from the app on my iPhone. I have checked several times so that I am logged in with the same account.
Have you tried reinstalling the Premiere Rush app? Also, are you connected to a wifi network? If yes, try using Premiere Rush on cellular data to avoid any network security/policy which may cause Premiere Rush to not be able to verify the subscription information.

3. How exactly do I use Rush on cellular data (on iPhone8)? Do I choose "Use Cellular for sync"? In that case, no, that does not work either.
Disconnect from wifi so that your phone uses only your cellular data. Also, try using Premiere Rush on some other mobile device with the same email and check if you are still having the same issue. Let us know.

When you log into Rush on your iPhone, does it give you an option to choose between "personal" account and "company and school account"?
If so, I'd like to confirm with you that you're selecting "School account."
