Problema con Adobe Rush

El premiere Rush en Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus se cierra permanentemente. Lo abro, y al cabo de 3 segundos se cierra y desaparece de pantalla. Lo desinstalo y luego cuando lo abro solo funciona una vez. El resto de las veces pasa lo mismo. Mi caso es un servicio pago y por favor requiero una solución porque esto no me pasaba, y además el resto de las app de adobe me andan... Gracias

Yo tengo el mismo problema. No es un proyecto específico, ya que no me deja abrir nada. Sólo la app y se cierra a los pocos segundos antes de elegir proyecto.

This usually does the trick for me if it stalls out: 

 

  1. Close out your project, and sign out of Rush and Creative Cloud ON ALL DEVICES.
  2. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, and make sure you don't have any memory-intensive ("RAM-hogging") apps running while you're starting up (I never run Photoshop, Illustrator, or Microsoft Office apps while working on videos).
  3. Sign back into your Creative Cloud Desktop App.
  4. Hold CTRL + SHIFT buttons while starting Adobe Rush - this will tell Rush you want a "fresh start" without losing your projects; it will open the Starter Tutorial like you were starting for the first time - simply close the tutorial, and your projects will be available.
  5. Open your project, and BE SURE TO WAIT for it to FULLY SYNC. Then try editing and/or exporting, and you should be good to go... but just in case:
  6. IF NEEDED:
    -double check that any Adobe Fonts you may be using are activated and connected
    -re-add any missing assets to the project bin
  7. Last Resort: DUPLICATE the project and try working from the fresh copy.

Gracias! Pero el problema es en mi Samsung Galaxy, no en mi ordenador. Y no es un problema de proyectos, ya que no tengo ninguno abierto cuando se cierra. Y he probado a desinstalarlo de mi teléfono, volverlo a instalar, crear nuevo proyecto, y el problema aparece de nuevo la segunda vez que uso el programa.

Tampoco está sincronizado con dropbox ni con Adobe.
