Hello -- I finished a project on Adobe Premiere desktop and when I go to view on the mobile app (Android), it plays, but there's no sound or video content (see screenshot). The content is a combination of Iphone, Android, and GoPro (pics + video). It plays great on the web and it's obviously syncing with mobile given it shows up, but I can't view or share it. Pretty frustrating. Any idea how to solve? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for that. Which mobile device are you using? Can you try signing out and back into Premiere Rush on mobile and see if that helps?

I have a Samsung Galaxy s8 (updated). I tried to log out/log in, but the problem still exists (blank boxes).

What kind of footage? 4K or HD? Let us know and hope we can help.
