Hello,

 

PLEASE HELP!! I have spent tons of time editing! The app crashed and now I cannot open the project back up. My projects are synced and I cannot open them on other devices either. 

Any other solutions?

Hey I downloaded the app yesterday and I did hours of editing and just had the same problem. I wonder if you got any answers or if you being able to solve it. I'm so frustrated because I really liked the features of this app and I was considering to upgrade.

Hi guys, 

 

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please provide this logs

 

1. Launch Rush, attempt to open the problematic project
2. After you receive the error message, go to App Settings (gear icon) > Preferences > Tap on "Share logs and project files." 
3. Upload to somewhere I can download 

 

This will hopefully provide some details on what's going on and allow us to fix the problem.

Same here I try to export my file from 3 hour but app crashed everytime

I would be very happy to help you if I can. So far, I have not received logs from anyone. If you send them to me I'll do my best to resolve this. Thanks!
