Rendering Only Partial Video from Rush

So I've tried rendering a video that's about 18 minutes in length, each time it renders and completes (2+ hours and tons of battery life later) it only seems to create a video about 14 1/2 minutes in length.

I've ran this several times and have gotten the same result. I even emptied my storage of clips, thinking maybe I just ran out of space - same result. Anyone have a work around for this? I'm running a Galaxy S10+.

What type of media files are you working with (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Did you apply any effects to the video?
