I uninstalled all traces of Adobe CC on my Mac and still this does not work for me. I have tried different media all standard video. Not even the tutorial media imports. It hangs and needs to be forced to quit. I need to get this going, and have faith it is going to work for hundreds of students remotly trying to complete courses. Why has it NEVER worked for me after trying for so long? I sign in with my University shared device licensing.
Please help this is driving me mad!
