I have uninstalled several times, and signed out of other accounts. Am I missing out on HD exporting and extra storage or whatever else comes with it? I have a Samsung note 10+. This is my third attempt to communicate with you in the last week. and probably my last. Sorry to say I will need a refund if there is no solution.
