Rush not loading projects on Win 10

Just signed up for rush. 
Can see projects but when I click on one nothing happens.
Have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Set use as administrator.
Really frustrating. Wasted all afternoon on this. Seemed like a great app for cross platform compatability but now I am furious.
Can't find any way to get support form Adobe other than here.
Will give it a day.

Otherwise there are loads of other apps I was trying out there... maybe they actually work!
