Rush on iOs doesn't recognize CreativeCloud subscription

Hey there,

we are trying our very best to produce our crossmedia project at our University in the current circumstances and therefore need to use Premiere Rush so students can work from home with their phones as they can't rent cameras right now.
Unfortunately it doesn't work on phones right now as Rush seems to not recognize the Cloud subscription even though we log in with our IDs that are subscribed. The app always limits us to 3 exports like in the free version. On desktop everything works fine but on the phones just no chance.
Anyone experienced this bug as well and maybe know a solution?
It's really frustrating for all students and we can't find a solution...

Hi David!

We're sorry for the frustrating experience. Are you using your university Ids for signing in? Could you try to sing out an back into your Creative Cloud account?

thanks for your quick response.
Yes I am using my university ID to sign in.
Signing out and back in unfortunately did not help.
