Hi,

I've edited a few short interviews shot and edited on my phone. I've uploaded them from my phone to the cloud. When I open the project in Premiere Pro, it says 'Media Offline' and when I go back to check in the phone, it starts uploading the project all over again.

Any help?

Oh man, how frustrating! What a timeloop. I wonder how we can get it to stay synced, let's try this.

- Open the Rush project in Rush on your computer, not your phone!

- Let it sync and load there, give it a chance to settle.

- Open Premiere Pro's and navigate to the home screen

- Select "Open Premiere Rush project..." like you have been!

I'm thinking that if we can get it to open on the computer before trying to convert it to a .prproj, the footage sync will stick. Good luck!
