Hi, I need help. I keep getting the message that my storage is full. I have deleted A LOT in the last few days that are BIG files and it still keeps saying storage is full... I've tried turning off sync and turning it back on a few time and nothing.

So frustrating. I KNOW it isn't full. Can anyone help?  Thanks so much!

Sorry for the trouble. Have you already tried singing out and back into your Creative Cloud? 

Also, you can check in the Creative Cloud Files folder on your system and see if there're any unwanted files.
